items needed:
1/2 loaf of arabic bread toasted or dried 1 small clove garlic, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup parsley 1/2 cup simmaq, 1cup fresh mint or 1/4 cup dry mint if available
1 small hot pepper (optional)
3 green onions,1 small dry onion,
4-5 large leave of Roman lettuce
1 cucumber peeled, quartered and cut into small pieces
2-3 medium tomatoes cut into 1 inch cubes 1/2 cup olive oil
Toast bread to a golden brown and break into 1/2 pieces.
In a bowl mash garlic., or garlic pressed and mixed well with salt to taste, add lemon juice and seasonings and blend well.
